My name is Cate and I am Registered Dietitian and have been in the field of nutrition for almost a decade. I have worked on organic farms, in hospitals, holistic health centers, nursing homes, and food pantries. I have supported newborn infants, professional athletes, people with eating disorders, and folks receiving hospice care.
If there is one thing I want people to know about nutrition, its that there is no one-size fits all approach. Health looks and feels really different for everyone. My mission is to help people find true well-being and return to finding JOY in eating.

Populations I enjoy working with:
- Infants, children, and adolescents
- Prenatal, postpartum, and breastfeeding people
- People with disordered eating, eating disorders or in eating disorder recovery
- Folks struggling with their relationship to food and their bodies, or those who identify as emotional eaters.
- Those looking for general nutrition support and education
- People looking for support in using nutrition to help manage chronic medical conditions, especially those with autoimmune conditions or those in cancer survivorship who are looking for evidence-based support.
